pistachios crispy salad
This salad is a nice fresh and light starter
-
Crisp lettuce
-
Small bunch of mint
-
¼ cup of pistachios nuts
-
Pepper
-
salt
-
½ teaspoon of cumin
-
¼ onion
-
The grated peel of 1 orange
-
5 tablespoons of olive oil
-
Wash and dry the salad and the mint
-
Rip the salad in small pieces and the mint of the twig
-
Cut the onion in small pieces (look at the photo)

Mix all three ingredients in a bowl
-
Put the nuts in a blender and make them into small pieces
-
or put them in a plastic bag and crush them with something hard and not breakable
-

Put the nuts in a frying pan without oil on medium fire
-
Stop when you can smell them stronger. Don’t let them get brown
-
Put the pistachios nuts, orange peel and the olive oil in a small bowl and mix
-
Add as much as you like, salt and pepper
-
Add the cumin
-
Mix the dressing you just made with the salad
-
and enjoy this light starter
