Chocolate chip cookies with oats
These are one of the best cookies for a break with delicious taste

For 24 cookies
-
1 cup of butter
-
1 cup of brown sugar
-
1 ½ cup of coconut
-
1 teaspoon of vanilla exact
-
2 eggs
-
3 cups of oatmeal
-
1 ¼ cup of flour
-
1 teaspoon of baking soda
-
¼ cup of almonds (or more if you like)
-
¼ cup of walnuts (or more if you like)
-
½ cup of milk chocolate (or more if you like)
-
Warm up the oven with 180 degrees celcius
-
Blend with a mixer the butter, brown sugar and the coconut
-
Than blend the vanilla, eggs and oatmeal with the coconut mixture
-
Add to this mixture flour and baking soda
-
Blend the almonds walnuts and chocolate to the mixture
-
Knead everything
-
If you like to have different shapes of cookies than:
-
Roll the dough out on a underground that is lightly covered with flour
-
Press the shapes in the dough
-

If you don’t want the cookies to have different shapes than:
-
Roll them in your hand
-
Press them flat
-
-
Put the cookies on a oven plate that is covered with greaseproof paper
-
Bake the cookies for 10 to 15 minutes until the sides of the cookies are brown
-
Let the cookies cool off (unless you want to burn your tongue)

Enjoy the delicious cookies

Time to bake: 15 minutes
Total time: 22 minutes

Tip:
You can also add at step 5 ¼ cup of raisins.
