 cheesy nachos

This mexican dish is nice to eat together from 1 bowl

For 4 people:

  • 454g ground beef

  • 400 drained red beans

  • 1 big onion which is chopped

  • 2 crushed garlic cloves

  • 1 cup of drained corn

  • 2 tomatoes cut in small pieces

  • 1 bag (750 g) nachos

  • 1 1/4 cup of mature cheese

  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder

  • Pinch of chili pepper

  • 2 teaspoon coriander

  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

For the nachos:

  1. Put a frying pan on medium fire

  2. Put in the onion and garlic

  3. Put the ground beef in the pan

  4. Put the pan on medium fire

  5. Steer it and make it loose with your specula

  6. Add the paprika powder, chilli pepper, coriander and cayenne pepper and steer

  7. Add the corn, red beans and tomatoes and steer

  8. Take a big oven pan

  9. Put the oven on 180 degrees celsius

  10. Put the beef mixture in the pan

  11. Than put in the nachos

  12. Spread the cheese on top

  13. Put it in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, when the cheese is melted

  14. Put the avocado dip in a bowl

  15. Enjoy

Time to prepare: 15 minutes

Time to cook: 6 minutes

Time in the oven: 10 to 15 minutes

Total time: 30 minutes

quite easy to make

Tip:

To make the avocado dip yourself: blend 1 avocado, ½ cup yogurt and 1 teaspoon paprika powder
