broccoli and chicken

This is a simple dinner meal which is nice to eat in the winter.

 

Time to prepare: 10 minutes

Time to marinate: 2 hours

Time to cook: about 30 minutes

Total time: 2 hours and 40 minutes

For about 4 people:

  • As much chicken legs you need

  • Soy sauce marinade

  • 2 broccalies

  • 10 patatos

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • Pinch of salt

  • Pepper

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

  1. Put the chicken legs in a deep bowl

  2. Pour the soy sauce marinade over it (look at the photo to see how much

  3. Let is rest for 2 hours

  4. Cut the broccoli flowers from the stem

  5. Peel the potatoes

  6. Put the broccoli and potatoes in the top part of a steam pan

  7. Fill the bottom part with water

  8. Let the broccoli cook for 10 minutes and that potatoes for 20 minutes

  9. In the meantime cook put the chicken on median fire with oli

  10. Cook them unit it is not red in the middle

  11. Put everything on a plate and enjoy

Add some rosemary with the potatoes
